1 head broccoli, cut into florets

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 carrot, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque (2-3 minutes). Remove from the pan and set aside.
