Ingredients

1 cup (240 ml) milk (use dairy, almond, oat, or coconut milk)
1 chamomile tea bag (or 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers)
1–2 teaspoons honey (adjust based on your sweetness preference)
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional, for added flavor)
A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional garnish)
Optional: Lavender extract or dried lavender flowers (for an extra calming touch)
Instructions
Warm the Milk
Pour your milk of choice into a small saucepan. Warm it over medium-low heat until it begins to steam, but avoid boiling it to preserve its creamy texture.
