Quick DIY Avocado Oil Extraction by Heating

Ingredients

1 whole avocado (firm and green)

★Instructions

Place the avocado directly over a medium-low flame on a gas stove for a few minutes to heat it up. (Note: Be careful, as this method is unconventional and could cause the avocado skin to burn or burst if overheated.)

Once warmed, carefully cut the avocado in half and remove the seed.

Squeeze or press the heated avocado over a cup to extract the oil. Be careful, as the avocado might be hot.

Pour any extracted oil into a glass and let it cool.

Note: This method might not yield much oil, and traditional methods for extracting avocado oil are typically more effective and safer.
