Pineapple BBQ Meatballs (Easy & Delicious)
Ingredients
500 g (1 lb) meatballs (beef, pork, chicken, or frozen)
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
2 tbsp pineapple juice (from the can)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
Optional: sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
Slow Cooker (Best Flavor)
Add meatballs to the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and pepper.
Pour sauce over meatballs and add pineapple chunks.
Cook LOW 4–5 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours, gently stirring once.
Garnish with green onions and serve.
Stovetop (Quick)
Brown meatballs in a pan (if raw).
Add sauce mixture and pineapple.
Simmer on low 15–20 minutes until thick and glossy.
Oven
Place meatballs and pineapple in a baking dish.
Pour sauce over.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway.
