Ingredients

Mashed Potatoes:

Potatoes – 2 lb, peeled and quartered

Milk – 1 1/2 cups

Butter – 1/4 cup

Ground Beef Gravy:

Ground beef – 1 lb

Onion – 1 medium, chopped

Garlic – 2 cloves, minced

All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp

Beef broth – 1/4 cup

Instructions
