Butterfinger-Style No-Bake Treats
These decadent Butterfinger Balls are an easy no-bake dessert featuring a smooth, creamy peanut butter center mixed with crunchy Butterfinger candy pieces, then coated in a silky layer of chocolate.
Butterfinger Balls (No-Bake Candy)
Ingredients
Creamy peanut butter – 1 1/3 cups
Salted butter, softened – 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Powdered sugar – 2 cups
Butterfinger Bits (plus extra for topping, optional) – 1 1/2 cups
Chocolate melting wafers – 3 cups
Instructions
Step 1: Mix the Base
In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Beat together for about 30 seconds until smooth.
Step 2: Add Sugar and Candy
Gradually sift in the powdered sugar and mix until fully blended and creamy. Gently fold in the Butterfinger Bits until evenly distributed.
Step 3: Chill the Mixture
Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
Step 4: Form the Balls
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop portions using a medium cookie scoop, roll into balls, and place on the sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
Step 5: Melt the Chocolate
Right before removing the balls from the freezer, melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Step 6: Dip and Coat
Using a fork or dipping tool, submerge each ball into the melted chocolate, letting any excess drip off. Return them to the parchment-lined sheet.
Step 7: Set and Serve
If desired, sprinkle with additional Butterfinger Bits. Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or chill until fully set.
