20 g of colorless and flavorless gelatin
600 ml of skimmed, unsweetened natural yogurt
6 tablespoons of cold water to hydrate the gelatin
Orange zest for decoration (optional)
Preparation method:
In a container, hydrate the gelatin with water and let it rest for a few minutes until it absorbs the liquid.
Heat the gelatin in the microwave or in a bain-marie until it dissolves completely, ensuring that it mixes well with the other ingredients.
