These are my most popular bars. I usually make at least 500 of these at birthday parties

Miniature marshmallows 2 packages

Butter, melted 2 tablespoons

White chocolate chips 2 packages

Red and green gumdrops 1 ½ cups

Preparation

Prepare Marshmallow Mixture: Combine marshmallows and melted butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 1-2 minute intervals, stirring until smooth.

Melt White Chocolate: Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Combine Ingredients: Pour melted white chocolate over marshmallow mixture. Stir until combined. Fold in gumdrops.

Form Bars: Pour mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish. Press into an even layer.

Chill and Cut: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Remove, slice into bars, and enjoy!
