Pinneaple Cheese Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 can choppe d pineapple (in its juice)
• 1 cup of crushed Mary cookies
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1 can of condensed milk (395g)
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pineapple slices for decoration (optional)
• Instructions: •
1. Cookie Base: Combine crushed cookies and butter, press into a mold, and refrigerate.
2. Cheese Blend: Whisk cream cheese with condensed milk and vanilla until smooth. Add some pineapple.
3. Whipped Cream: Whip up the cream and wrap it in the cheese mixture.
4. Assemble the cake: Pour over cookie base and refrigerate until firm.
5. Decorate: Garnish with pineapple slices before serving.
