HAMBURGER STEAKS WITH ONION GRAVY

Ingredients

°450 g (1 lb) semi-lean ground beef

°1 packet onion soup

°80 ml (1/3 cup) plain breadcrumbs

°1 sliced onion

°1 can brown sauce

Preparation

In bowl, mixing ground beef with contents onion soup sachet, breadcrumbs and the egg. Salt also pepper. Shapping 4 patties with preparation.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Browning beef patties for 2 to 3 min on every side. Reserve on a plate.

In the same pan, cook the onion and, if desired, the mushrooms for 4 to 5 minutes.

Adding brown sauce & bring to a boil.

Adding patties and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes on low heat.
