Made with simple ingredients, these brioches are light, slightly sweet, and incredibly soft thanks to the addition of yogurt. They are ideal for breakfast, a snack, or even a sweet brunch. Try them plain or customize them with chocolate chips, raisins, or citrus zest for extra flavor!

★Ingredients

300g all-purpose flour

1 packet instant yeast (about 7g)

50g sugar

1 pinch of salt

2 eggs

1 egg yolk (for brushing)

100g plain yogurt

50g melted butter

★Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add the eggs and yogurt, then knead until you get a smooth dough.

Gradually incorporate the melted butter while continuing to knead.

Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest for 1 hour 30 minutes in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Shape small dough balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Let them rise again for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Brush the brioches with the egg yolk and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
