 Q&A

Q: Can I make these ahead of time?

Yes! Par-fry them until lightly golden, store in the fridge, and re-crisp in a pan or oven.

Q: Can I use sweet potatoes?

Absolutely — they crisp well but may brown faster.

Q: Why did mine come out soggy?

This usually happens if:

potatoes weren’t dried well

pan wasn’t hot enough

too many slices were crowded in the pan

Q: Can I bake instead of fry?

Yes — bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
