Creamy, I lived in Delga Desert
Ingredients
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 cup of heavy cream
2 cups of coconut milk
1 cup of grated coconut (plus extra for topping)
1/4 cup of sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
★Instructions
Prepare the Mixture: In a saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, and heavy cream. Stir well.
Add Sugar and Cornstarch: In a small bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in a little bit of water until smooth, then add it to the saucepan along with the sugar (if using) and vanilla extract.
Cook the Mixture: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
Add Coconut: Once thickened, add the grated coconut and stir until evenly distributed.
Cool and Serve: Pour the mixture into a serving dish, and let it cool. You can refrigerate it for a couple of hours to serve chilled.
Top with Coconut: Before serving, sprinkle more grated coconut on top for decoration.
